| “As a first time customer of Jim’s Marine, I must say that I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the whole staff. They made me feel right at home from the time that I pulled onto the lot until the time that I left with my new Tidewater 198CC. Jim was great with his knowledge of the product and his way of being laid back yet still professional in his explanation of my boat and Yamaha engine during the sea trial. I’ve been a boater for many years and didn’t feel the sea trial was necessary, however, it turned out to be one of the highlights of my day as Jim showed me things that I thought I knew but really didn’t. Tami was right there with everything that I needed to complete the sale and even reminded me about the spare tire and mounting bracket that I forgot since I had a 2 + hour drive to get back to Carroll County. A special thanks to Bert who helped me put the right equipment on my boat and made the whole buying process much easier. A special thanks goes to the 2 greeters of Jim’s Marine, the two rescue dogs (didn’t get their names) but somehow I believe they are the real president & vice-president of the company.
